This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of our journalism and newsroom skills courses offered by pressrixo.

Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full prior to accessing course materials. Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer or other approved methods. Course fees are listed in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if a course is cancelled by pressrixo prior to commencement. No refunds will be provided for withdrawals after enrolment or partial course completion. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven days of purchase for consideration in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation

pressrixo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases participants will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative course date.
